Case study 02

London & Bromley Accountants

Accountancy practice, Bromley

London & Bromley Accountants Ltd. is a practice serving small businesses and sole traders across construction, hospitality, transport and the trades. The site had to make an unfamiliar firm look like a safe place to hand your books, and route each visitor to the one service they actually came for.

The business

A Bromley based accountancy firm offering statutory accounts and corporation tax, payroll and pension, VAT, the Construction Industry Scheme, and self assessment returns, working with clients across construction, restaurants, taxi operators, salons and other trades.

What the site has to do

Nobody switches accountant casually. The decision is made on whether the firm looks like it handles your specific obligation and whether it looks like it will still be there next year. A generic services page fails both tests, so each obligation gets its own page in the language a client would search for it, and the practice details that prove the firm is real, the registered address, the direct numbers, the staffed office hours, are stated rather than hidden behind a form.

What we built

A structured service section where every offering, from CIS to self assessment, is its own page rather than a bullet in a list, so search traffic lands on the answer and not on the front door. A quote request runs alongside the direct contact details rather than replacing them, and a newsletter signup gives visitors who are not ready to switch yet a reason to stay in contact.

Check it yourself

Everything above is on the live site.

No numbers on this page ask to be believed. Open the site and you will find each of these.

  • Separate pages for statutory accounts and corporation tax, payroll and pension, VAT, CIS and self assessment
  • A quote request flow alongside published phone numbers and email
  • Registered office address and staffed opening hours, including Saturday by appointment
  • Newsletter subscription
  • Xero certified advisor status stated by the firm
